Worried...

Dad went to the hospital for his 2nd check-up..
Thurs. will be his 3rd appointment...
the result this time is really bad, actually it's terrible.. ><

gastric ulcer, hepatoma,, esophagus tumor

Doctor is more concerned about the esophagus tumor..and I checked online..
it's really bad...

A "tumor" merely means a swelling, it can be caused by infection, inflammation, cancer or whatever. If a tumor only grows in it's local area (even very large) but does not have the capacity to spread to distant body areas, it is called"benign" and isnot cancer. If, however, the tumor has the ability to spread to distant body areas, it is called "malignant" andthis is cancer. The actual process of spread is called"metastasis", and can occur to any area of the body.

Benign esophageal tumors are non-malignant neoplasms arising from the mucosal or muscular layers of the esophagus. Benign tumors of the esophagus are rare.

Malignant tumors of the esophagus constitute the majority of esophageal tumors.

The most common type of benign esophageal tumor arises from the muscular layer, and is called a "leiomyoma". Unfortunately, a quickly growing tumor within the esophagus is most likely to be cancerous.


Dear heavenly father...
Please forgive dad for not taking good care of his body..
He has always been ignorant on his condition even though he was hospitalized twice throughout the past. Has always avoided getting a physical examination.

Please give dad strength, power, and joy to fight this battle..
Provide us the best medication and doctor to take in charge Dad's case.

I never thought it was something soooo serious, Lord please forgive me.
Transform and heal Dad's broken heart and body.
Renew his spirit and soul and remind him once again that in you there's nothing impossible ~

Let him not be discouraged ....
For you have chosen him and our family to be your witnesses.

Once again..God let me see your powerful miracle in our family!
