Last few months I've started dealing with complicated low-educated driver issues,
and this driver had a bad attitude and temper dared to yell at my mom and uncle.
Due to this reason, we have the right to lay him off..but he didn't seem to know where he did wrong so the story went on to Keelung Municipal Hall that he asked us to pay him cuz of firing him. The social workers were working trying to resolve this whole thing not to get us go to court ..simply b/c it'll only complicate things more.
I still remembered one of the mediators was an old man around 80yrs old and has been dealing
with the relationship between employee/employer for a long time. Surely, he knows the perspectives well on both sides. He told me 1 thing....."the driver is only a labour with low-education, don't need to be so care about it..just pay him some money and get things over with." I've already told him earlier that I was willing to pay him a little to compensate for the period while he's looking for new job. So that wasn't an issue for me either...
When I got home that night..I thought about what he told me....."he's only a labour"
I truly feel sorry for him ~
My dad's a labour and a driver too.... if he can do what he did before, then anybody else can make it too. I don't give a damn to people who don't even give enough to try, and always complain about the effort that they put in. If it's their decision to put learning an end, realizing they're good enough to continue on impoving then I'd say that's the most pathetic thing ever.
My dad works hard, and I will work hard thriving toward my goals. I know if he can do it..
I can do it too!!
Decision is yours to make, and no one could really make us do anything unless we really want to.

I hope it is a place where people get inspired. A place where a prayer is found..A place where supports are available..
Love shall never end..It shall never cease..Because all we have to do is to LISTEN & BELIEVE!

All About Me
“I asked God for strength that I might achieve. I was made weak that I might learn humbly to obey. I asked for health that I might do greater things. I was given infirmity that I might do better things. I asked for riches that I might be happy. I was given poverty that I might be wise. I asked for power that I might have the praise of men. I was given weakness that I might feel the need of God. I asked for all things that I might enjoy life. I was given life that I might enjoy all things. I got nothing that I asked for, but everything I hoped for. Almost despite myself, my unspoken prayers were answered. I am, among all men, most richly blessed.”
